When taking on a new client, I get to know your athletic background and what your day to day looks like, as well as your personal goals.
From there, I create a custom program that suits YOU - there are no cookie cutter plans around here!
Workouts change every 4 weeks, and are designed to ensure progressive overload - this way you will be getting stronger and closer to your goals each week.
All workouts will be accessible on the Trainerize app, which includes exercise video demos and all details such as : sets, reps, rest times, form cues, and more!
I will also be available to support you 24/7 via text on the Trainerize app and e-mail.
