Custom Workout Plan w/ Coaching (1 Month)
When taking on a new client, I get to know your athletic background and what your day to day looks like, as well as your personal goals.
From there, I create a custom program that suits YOU - there are no cookie cutter plans around here!
The workouts meant to be followed for 4 weeks to ensure progressive overload - this way you will be getting stronger and closer to your goals each week.
If you wish to continue after the 4 weeks are up, you can extend your plan.
All workouts will be accessible on the Trainerize app, which includes exercise video demos and all details such as : sets, reps, rest times, form cues, and more!
I will also be available to support you 24/7 via text on the Trainerize app and e-mail.
